Beyond Metrics with Andrew Mendelson: Full session video from Barcamp News Innovation 2013


Andrew Mendelson presented “Beyond Metrics: Thinking more broadly about the measurement of journalism impact” at BarCamp NewsInnovation Saturday at Temple University in Philadelphia.

Mendelson chairs the Department of Journalism at Temple University and is the Director of the Center for Public Interest Journalism. You can also find him @andrewmendelson.

Earlier in the day, Greg Linch of The Washington PostErika Owens of Knight-Mozilla OpenNews and Brian Abelson, 2013 OpenNews Fellow at the New York Times led a discussion on how news organizations can measure their impact on readers and communities.
