CPIJ sending Philadelphia-area journalists to #NABJ14 in Boston

The Center for Public Interest Journalism is accepting applications from Philadelphia-area journalists for support to attend the National Association of Black Journalists’ 39th Annual Convention and Career Fair in Boston from July 30th through August 3rd.

updnabjlogo.765x252According to nabj.orgThousands of journalists, media executives, public relations professionals, and students are expected to attend to network, participate in professional development sessions and celebrate excellence in journalism.

Grants of $1,500 will be available to offset registration, travel, lodging and per diem costs. Find more info on CPIJ’s 2014 Conference Sponsorship page and apply for sponsorship by midnight, Monday, March 31, 2014.
