Get your tickets now: BarCamp News Innovation returns this fall

bcniOnce again this year, the Center for Public Interest Journalism will be sponsoring BarCamp News Innovation, Philadelphia’s national un-conference on the future of news.

We will gather for this eighth annual event on October 15th at Annenberg Hall, at the Temple University School of Media and Communication on the main campus in North Philadelphia.

CPIJ managing Temple DNC News Bureau

The Center for Public Interest Journalism is managing a project through which a select cohort of Temple University students will complete a specialized summer course and then report for news organizations around the country during the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia. Once again this year, Philadelphia Inquirer and Daily News photojournalist David Maialetti will curate and produce the annual Photo Night Spectacular presentation during January’s CPIJ Photo Night at the Pen and Pencil Club in Philadelphia.
